Ready to get “BREATHING”?

Breathing is an activity that’s so simple that we often forget that it can bring us right back to the present moment, focused and relaxed. When we remember to focus our attention on our breathing we can let go of all the stress around us. That’s why it’s one of our core strategies. Just take a few seconds right now, close your eyes and take one deep breath. Letting go of all your worries and stresses in this moment. It’s amazing how we can tune into our body and let go of our surroundings just for a brief moment and create balance and build our resilience.

 So, let’s get started! 

Real U Tips

Tip 1

Wiggle your shoulders a bit, so you get nice and loose and don’t pull them up to your ears when taking a deep breath! 

Tip 2

When you breath in your belly gets really big!

When you breath out your belly flattens!
