We often need to wake up our muscles in order to bring awareness and health into our lives.
So, let’s get started!
Real U Tips
While either sitting or standing, pick a muscle you’d like to wake up. Once you’ve picked that muscle, tighten it to the count of ten. Proceed to repeat this at least five times, taking a ten second rest between each set. When you’ve completed this exercise, bring awareness to the feeling while thanking that muscle for its cooperation.
