There was a time when people associated meditation exclusively to religion.  This has now changed, and we’re all very grateful for that.  A practice that is designed to serve all, has finally found its way to us.  The act of meditating is to simply lose yourself in an activity that brings you pleasure.  It’s a personal & unique experience that can be achieved in a variety of ways.

So, let’s get started!

Real U Tips

Catch yourself meditating!  Notice the moments you’re enjoying life and lose track of time.  You might be playing cards, hiking, drawing, or playing in a ball game, it could be any number of things.  The experience is a beautiful thing, one that should be repeated often.
